Hello, I’m Tushar and I write and talk about the messy, fascinating intersections of education and AI and I like to look at both with a critical, human-centered lens. This blog is my space to share reflections, experiments, and the questions I’m still figuring out. It’s not perfect, but that’s the point, I want to learn out loud.
I started out studying law and practiced as a lawyer for a few years, until I realised I was drawn more to people and learning than courtrooms and contracts. That led me to a teaching fellowship where I taught math and science to children, and later, to designing learning experiences for adults and helping them be better at work. Over the next five years, I built and led a rigorous, evidence-based L&D team that shaped how people learn at scale.
Now, I’ve worn the student hat and pursuing my masters in education and technology, exploring how AI can be developed and taught in ways that serve people, not just systems. My focus is on AI policy, human-centered development, and creative ways to make these conversations accessible to everyone.
If you’re curious about how education and AI are shaping our future (and want to question the hype along the way), you’re in the right place.
